Rotortek is an ISO accredited manufacturer of precision engineered sugar milling and processing equipment using cutting edge technology. Services include design, engineering, manufacture and supply (including refurbishment) of Shredder and Cane Knife Rotors, as well as on-site mechanical repairs (welding and machining), mill head-stock repairs, gear shaft replacements and manufacturing oversight of pressure and mechanical equipment for the sugar milling sector in Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
While the company specializes in rotors and other rotating mechanical equipment, it also supplies a range of spares, new mill rollers and re-shelling of rollers for sugar mill maintenance.

Specializing in Rotors and other Rotating Mechanical Equipment, we have partnered with a team of experienced design engineers who use state-of-the-art 3D modelling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and simulation software to provide optimized solutions to take your mechanical designs to ‘Finished Product’ with even greater accuracy.

Using Solidworks and AutoCAD Inventor, and 3D simulation design
